Hello, I’m Brit Cooper.  We have spent long enough not feeling fantastic!  Let’s feel great and have some fun along the way!  For the past 16 years, I have struggled with my health. For four years I worked hard at healing and did it!  For the last year I have been healed and have been able to live a vibrant, feeling good, kind of life!  It feels so good!!!!    When talking about health we are so serious!  Let’s have some fun!  Sign up for daily motivation to stay on a healthy track and learn about healthy living in a quirky and fun way.  I am excited for you to be here!

I have 2 diet plans, one if your are healing your body and one if you feel great and are wanting to keep health for long term.

 

To Keep Health:

I’m going to do this as simply as possible. 

a YES list of foods. 

a NO list of foods.

Yes! List of foods

  • Fresh Vegetables
  • Whole grains  
  • Lentils & Legumes & Beans
  • Wild Fish & Poultry
  • Organic eggs
  • Nuts & Seeds
  • Almond Butter
  • Fruit!
  • Juice – freshly pressed!
  • Vegan Protein Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic
  • Herbs
  • Herbal Tea
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut Oil
  • Avocado Oil
  • Mother Apple Cider Vinegar

NO DO NOT EAT –

  • Artificial Sweeteners (otherwise known as weird tasting cancer in a bag)
  • Alcohol (duh)
  • Caffeine – sorry coffee drinkers
  • Soy
  • Potatoes
  • WHITE ANYTHING – white rice, white bread or flour, tapioca starch, potato starch etc,  ANYTHING NOT WHOLE GRAIN
  • Condiments
  • MSG- hello migraines!
  • Anything Fried
  • White Vinegar – hello cleaning product!
  • Margarine
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Canola Oil

A Very Little Tiny Bit List of Foods. Seriously, only a little.

  • Fruit juice
  • Corn
  • Processed Meats
  • Dairy (otherwise known as baby food)
  • Cereal
  • Chicken, turkey, duck this can be eaten a small amount once a day
  • Red meat – a small amount once a month – consider this a life long lifestyle
  • Dark Dark Chocolate – wonderful blessings from above -you can have this every day but don’t eat it as your main food.  A topping, a treat etc.
  • Sugar, very little!!

Simply put — eat the YES things.  This might be a dramatic leap towards health.  You can do it.

I’m so fantastic for you your body will shout for joy!!

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Fresh Vegetables
  • Whole grains such as Teff, Amaranth, Wild Rice, Brown Rice, Sorghum, Millet, Quinoa, Steal Cut Oats. 
  • Lentils
  • Legumes
  • Beans
  • Wild Fish
  • Organic eggs
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Mushrooms
  • Almond Butter
  • Apples, Strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, frozen berries, lemons, limes, Coconuts,  Avocado, grapefruit, pineapples and bananas.
  • Juice – freshly pressed!
  • Vegan Protein Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic
  • Herbs
  • Herbal Tea
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut Oil
  • Avocado Oil
  • Mother Apple Cider Vinegar

NO DO NOT EAT –

Just say NO – No thank you!  I’m happier without.  Absolutely NOT.

Seriously do it for yourself!

  • Dairy (otherwise known as baby food)
  • Sugar (otherwise known as beautifully disguised white delicious cancer)
  • Artificial Sweeteners (otherwise known as weird tasting cancer in a bag)
  • Gluten (inflammatory creator)
  • Alcohol (duh)
  • Processed Meats -even nitrate free ones at least during this point.  After the first 21 days you can introduce non nitrate meats and see how your body does.
  • Caffeine – sorry coffee drinkers
  • Soy
  • Potatoes
  • WHITE ANYTHING – white rice, white bread (already covered in gluten), tapioca starch, potato starch etc,  ANYTHING NOT WHOLE GRAIN
  • Corn
  • Cereal
  • Condiments
  • MSG- hello migraines!
  • Anything Fried
  • White Vinegar – hello cleaning product!
  • Fruit not listed in the yes list, at least for the first month
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Margarine
  • Canola Oil
  • Fruit juice (unless it’s freshly juiced without added anything)
